Hello fellow hip/piriformis/glute sufferers! :)  I've been doing Crossfit for about a month.  I was looking on a website that has some mobility stretches. I typically do the yoga stretch where you bend your knee out to the side and straighten the other one behind you, but I did exactly like this guy shows in the video and it was the best stretch i have ever, ever felt for my hip/piriformis/glute.
