It is a very sad day for the Conway Running Club.  This past weekend, we lost Mary Jo French, a very special part of our running family.  As she had done so many times before, Mary Jo rose early on June 4, 2011 to enter an event with at least two goals in mind; to finish and to have fun doing it.  On this day it was a 34 mile bike ride to raise money for children living at the Soaring Wings Ranch.  But this was the day we were all shocked to hear that she didn't make it to the finish line. … [Read more...]
