Hello fellow hip/piriformis/glute sufferers! :)  I've been doing Crossfit for about a month.  I was looking on a website that has some mobility stretches. I typically do the yoga stretch where you bend your knee out to the side and straighten the other one behind you, but I did exactly like this guy shows in the video and it was the best stretch i have ever, ever felt for my hip/piriformis/glute. Grand Prix Race #1 – One Hour Track Run

Chase’s 8-Week Beginning Runner’s Training Program

This training program is only for beginners. It is designed to get you to the point where you can run 30 minutes (about 2 miles) at a slow, relaxed pace. It’s a simple, progressive program that begins with more walking than running, and gradually evolves into more running than walking.
