If you are a runner, the answer is probably YES. The question is, how do you get rid of it? There are many answers to the question but one thing is for sure. Like any other “funk” you find yourself in, it is easier to get out of it with help from your friends. And that is one of the great advantages of being a runner – you are likely to have a wonderful support group to help you out of your next funk, no matter what it is from.
