There is at least one opportunity daily for you to run with Conway Running Club. These opportunities are open to the public. Please join us.
The early morning group meets at Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center (700 Salem Road, across from McDonald’s).
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5AM, 5 miles. Friday can be a very light day if people are running long on the weekend so it’s not a good day to show up for the first time.
Tuesday: 5AM, alternate speedwork and hill repeats.
Thursday: 5AM, 4, 6 or 8 mile with opportunity for 1-3 mile tempo
Don’t let the words “speedwork” and “hills” or “tempo” scare you away.
Tuesday and Thursday are the days with the big groups (20-30+)
and you’ll almost certainly find someone your pace to run with.
Saturday & Sunday: typically 6AM, varies from 5 miles to longer depending on training schedules
Saturdays is the “biscuit” run. Group heads to Bob’s Grill for breakfast following run.
